A Journey She Was Meant to Walk

Her connection with past life regression was not something she consciously chose at the outset. In many ways, it felt as though it had chosen her long before she could fully comprehend it.

She was born in Kolkata, India, the third child in a family of five. Her upbringing was stable and loving, supported by her father’s income – something for which she remains deeply grateful. Yet even in early childhood, she carried a quiet but unwavering sense that she had known something different. A life that felt more refined, more elegant, and somehow misaligned with the reality around her.

Some of her earliest memories reflected this contrast. She would refuse to use the bathroom in her home, insisting she was accustomed to something far better. She spoke of a red convertible, despite never having seen one. She told her mother that she lived in Delhi, that her name was not Tamanna, and that she had a daughter. At that age, she did not understand the meaning of these statements, yet they were expressed with complete certainty.

Over time, these memories faded as life gently anchored her in the present. And yet, something within her always sensed there was more.

Years later, during her teenage years, fragments of those memories resurfaced. They were neither imagined nor inconsistent. They remained steady, unchanged, and quietly present. In hindsight, she came to understand that these early glimpses were not random, but rather reminders – markers of a deeper journey waiting to unfold.

As she moved through life, she began to feel that she was not merely living this life, but continuing something. A lesson that had yet to be completed. There was an inner knowing that this was not her first attempt at understanding it. It felt as though she had been here before, seeking to grasp something essential – something her soul needed to resolve.

This life, to her, felt like a third attempt.

With that awareness came a deeper sense of responsibility. She felt that this time, she was meant to go further – not simply to experience life, but to understand it. To connect the dots, to look beneath the surface, and to finally move through what had remained unresolved.

It was at this point that past life regression became more than a curiosity. It became a tool, a doorway, and a form of guidance.

In her twenties, she encountered the work of Dr Brian Weiss. Something about it resonated deeply, as though it was awakening a knowing she already possessed. She carried a quiet intention to one day experience a session with him. Years later, in her mid-thirties, that intention came to fruition. By then, life had taken her through marriage, motherhood, relocation to New Zealand, and a series of personal experiences that had already begun to shape her profoundly.

Around this time, she was also navigating one of the most significant emotional experiences of her life – her mother’s battle with cancer. Their relationship had not been simple. It was marked by distance, misunderstanding, and emotional complexity. Yet beneath it all lay a deep and undeniable bond. What her mother felt, she felt. What her mother carried, she carried too.

Her mother’s passing brought about a profound inner shift.

Grief did not arrive all at once. It unfolded gradually, lingering quietly and asking to be understood. It was not something she could ignore, but something she had to move through.

This journey led her to Australia, where she attended a workshop with Dr Brian Weiss. There, she experienced past life regression in a way that transcended curiosity. It opened something within her, allowing her to see connections she had not previously recognised – not only about past lives, but about relationships, patterns, and emotional imprints carried across time.

Most significantly, it transformed her relationship with her mother. She began to understand her beyond the confines of this lifetime – to see her experiences, her limitations, and her journey with greater clarity. This understanding brought forth something that had previously eluded her: forgiveness. Not only for her mother, but also for herself.

This marked the beginning of her healing.

From that point onwards, her journey deepened. She sought further guidance, worked with a regression therapist, and gradually began to unravel patterns that had repeated throughout her life – patterns in relationships, emotional responses, behaviours, and even in the way she encountered challenges.

What became increasingly clear to her was this: life is not lived in isolation. Individuals carry forward imprints, beliefs, and unresolved lessons. Until these are understood, there is often a tendency to repeat the same experiences in different forms.

For her, past life regression became a means of stepping beyond that cycle.

Since 2013, this work has enabled her to better understand her relationships – with her spouse, her children, and even the subtle connections she shares with others. It has supported her in releasing fears, emotional blocks, and patterns that no longer serve her. Above all, it has helped her recognise the deeper meaning behind her experiences.

She now understands that the challenges she faced were not random, but part of a larger design – a journey her soul had chosen for the purpose of growth and evolution.

Perhaps her most significant realisation is this:
She is not here to repeat the same lessons indefinitely.

She is here to understand them, integrate them, and move beyond them.

This is why this work holds such profound meaning for her – not only in her own life, but in the lives of others. She recognises that many people feel there is more to their experiences than what the physical world can explain – individuals who seek deeper meaning, clarity, and connection.

Her journey has shown her that those answers do exist. At times, all that is needed is the right doorway through which to access them.

For her, past life regression has been that doorway.

And now, it has become a path through which she hopes to support others in their own journeys of understanding, healing, and evolution.

My Past Life Stories

A Life That Remembered Simplicity

This session began with a quiet but clear intention. There was a part of me that was seeking not just answers, but a deeper remembrance. A return to something that felt natural and true.

The Life That Revealed the Roots of Fear and Protection

I entered this session with a very clear and simple intention. I wanted to understand my family beyond this lifetime. There was a quiet knowing within me that these relationships did not begin here, and I was seeking a deeper awareness of those soul connections.

The Promise I Made Before You Were Born

There are relationships in our lives that feel far deeper than circumstance. They carry a weight, a tenderness, and at times, a complexity that cannot always be explained through present-day experiences alone. My relationship with my eldest child has been one such journey.

The Third Attempt: I Choose Love

There are moments in life when a quiet knowing begins to emerge, not as a thought, but as a deep inner certainty. For me, that knowing has always been this: I am here for the third time, attempting to learn one simple, yet profoundly difficult lesson.
