This session was guided by a quiet yet profound intention. The client came seeking clarity around a persistent inner experience. She felt disconnected from her body, overwhelmed at times by anxiety, and noticed a recurring pattern of pushing herself too far, only to shut down when things became too much. Beneath this was a deeper longing. She wanted to understand why being present, grounded, and at ease within herself felt so difficult.
As she was gently guided into the regression, she found herself in a past lifetime set during a European war. She saw herself as a young man, a soldier standing amidst chaos, surrounded by death, fear, and suffering. There was no sense of choice in this life. He had been pulled into a system where duty overruled personal will. His youth was shaped not by exploration, but by survival.
What became immediately evident was the emotional burden he carried. He felt deeply affected by the suffering around him. There was fear for his life, but also a heavy sadness at witnessing constant violence. His heart was not aligned with what he was forced to do. Over time, this internal conflict intensified, building quietly within him.
The turning point in that life came through a severe head injury. Although he survived the battlefield, the injury altered everything. He was taken to a hospital, but instead of recovery bringing hope, it brought despair. He could no longer function as before. His body limited him, his future felt uncertain, and he withdrew emotionally.
After being sent home, his life became one of dependency. He required care for basic needs, remained isolated, and slipped into deep depression. There was no sense of purpose or connection. Eventually, he died at a young age, and in his final moments, there was a surprising feeling. Relief. It felt like he was finally being released from a body that had become a burden.
As she was guided to observe this life from a higher perspective, the deeper meaning began to emerge. The lesson of that lifetime was not about endurance or sacrifice. It was about self compassion and self advocacy. He had never stood up for himself. He had followed what was expected without question. After the injury, he had given up on himself completely. There had been no attempt to reconnect, to heal, or to fight for his own wellbeing. Most significantly, there had been a deep disconnection from his body.
This understanding opened the doorway to the core of her current experience.
As she was guided further, the connection between that past life and her present life became clear. In this life, she had experienced head injuries, moments of anxiety, and a tendency to shut down when overwhelmed. She also recognised a pattern of overextending herself, not listening to her body, and then disconnecting when things became too intense.
The parallel was precise. The head injury in the past life was not just physical. It symbolised a deeper pattern of disconnection between mind, body, and spirit. In both lives, there was a struggle to remain present within the body, especially during times of stress.
As the session deepened, she was shown that this was not an isolated pattern. Across multiple lifetimes, there had been similar experiences of injury, emotional heaviness, and withdrawal. Each time, the same lesson had remained incomplete. The body had been seen as something to endure, rather than something to care for.
At the centre of this pattern was a powerful subconscious belief. She was still, at some level, identifying with that injured body from the past. It was as if a part of her still believed she was limited, fragile, and unable to fully live.
The healing work began by gently separating her from that identity.
She was guided to recognise that this is a different life, a different body, and a new opportunity. Through connection with her higher self and spiritual support, she acknowledged that the trauma, the injury, and the emotional weight no longer needed to be carried. The man she once was was thanked, understood, and lovingly guided into the light.
The process then expanded to include other lifetimes carrying similar patterns. Layers of injury, resentment, shutdown, and disconnection were brought into awareness and released. The intention was not only to heal one memory, but to dissolve the entire cycle.
A significant shift occurred when she was guided to reconnect with her body in a new way. She was shown that her body in this life is not broken, not limited, and not something to resist. It is a supportive vessel, designed to carry her forward. There was a strong message that came through. This is a new body. It is capable, resilient, and here to support her fully.
She was guided to slow down, to be present, and to stop pushing herself beyond her limits. She was encouraged to trust her body rather than fear it, and to care for it with kindness rather than frustration.
Another important realisation emerged during the session. Her tendency to lose track of time and mentally disconnect was not random. It was a protective response. In the past, shutting down had been a way to cope with overwhelm. In this life, that same pattern had continued unconsciously. With awareness, she could now begin to change it.
The release process was not only emotional, but physical. She experienced sensations of warmth and a clear feeling of something being released from her body. This indicated that the healing was happening at a deeper, energetic level.
By the end of the session, there was a noticeable shift. The heaviness had lifted. In its place was a sense of clarity, grounding, and reconnection.
The core lesson that remained was simple yet profound. She is not here to relive old patterns of suffering. The learning has already taken place. What is now required is integration. To be kind to herself. To honour and trust her body. To stay present. And to live from a place of awareness rather than fear.
