This session began with the intention of understanding the deeper roots of the client’s struggles with self love, self acceptance, emotional disconnection, and the quiet tendency to carry blame within herself. There was also a strong sense that her body had been holding an old story for a very long time.
As the regression opened, the client first saw herself as a nun in an old monastery in Europe. There was beauty outside, greenery, peace, and open land, but inside the walls of that life there was only coldness, silence, and emotional confinement. She saw herself both as a younger woman and later in life, as though the soul was showing her immediately that this lifetime had been defined by endurance rather than joy.
When we traced the story back, she found herself as a young girl in a deeply religious Catholic family. Her early life was loving and stable. She adored her mother, loved her younger brother, and grew up feeling safe within the structure of family and faith. As a teenager, she fell deeply in love with a boy from church. It was a tender, genuine love, and for the first time she experienced what it meant to feel emotionally and spiritually connected to another person.
That relationship, however, had to remain hidden. Her parents were strict, and when she became pregnant, the course of her life changed completely.
Without explanation, comfort, or choice, she was taken to a woman who ended the pregnancy. The physical memory of that event was strong. Pain, bleeding, helplessness, and confusion. She understood, even in that lifetime, that something sacred had been taken from her. Yet no one spoke of it. No one helped her process it. The grief was buried under silence.
Soon afterwards, her parents sent her away to a monastery. She was not told where she was going and was never given the chance to say goodbye to the people she loved. In one movement, she lost her child, the young man she loved, her family, and the future she had imagined for herself.
Inside the monastery, she came to believe that she was there to pay for a sin. She lived with guilt, grief, and deep abandonment. She missed the boy she loved and felt pain that he never knew what had happened to her. She grieved the unborn child and carried the belief that she had failed to protect that life. Over time, she became emotionally numb, deeply compliant, and cut off from her own needs and voice.
Years later, she tried to appeal for release, hoping she might still be able to return to her family and rebuild her life. Instead, she was told that her family had formally given her up. That moment confirmed what her soul had feared most. She had truly been abandoned.
She remained in the monastery for the rest of her life, living in emotional suppression until old age.
When we moved into the healing phase, the central lesson became clear. The soul’s intention in that lifetime had been to learn self love, self acceptance, and the courage to stand up for herself. Instead, she had absorbed shame, accepted punishment, and abandoned herself in the same way others had abandoned her.
This is where the connection to her present life became especially significant.
In this lifetime, the client had gone through cancer of the uterus and a hysterectomy. That physical history carries a profound resonance with the lifetime she experienced in regression. In that past life, the womb held trauma, loss, violation, grief, and silence. It was the space where love, life, and feminine power were interrupted and taken away. The body in this lifetime appeared to be carrying the emotional echo of that unresolved pain.
During the session, special attention was given to healing that sacred space. The grief connected to the unborn child was acknowledged. The guilt she had carried was released. She connected with the soul of the child, who responded not with blame, but with love and understanding. She also connected with the young man she had loved, and with her parents, allowing a deeper soul level understanding to replace judgement and hurt.
Fragments of guilt, trauma, shame, injustice, and abandonment were then released through guided therapeutic processes. What had remained stuck in her field, and especially in the womb space, was gently cleared.
Past life regression helped the client do more than remember. It helped her understand why her body and emotional world had been holding so much. The technique allowed her to access the origin of the pain, witness it safely, and release it with compassion.
By the end of the session, there was a deep sense that something old had finally softened. What had once been carried as punishment could now be seen as pain. What had once been held in silence could now be met with love.
The session closed with a powerful reminder from her higher self. She is here to embody love, but that journey must begin within. She must learn to stop abandoning herself, to trust her own worth, and to let self love become the foundation from which everything else grows.
And perhaps that was the true healing in this session. Not only releasing the pain of another life, but reclaiming the part of herself that had been lost beneath it.
