This session began with a quiet intention to understand patterns that felt difficult to explain. The client spoke about a tendency to go emotionally distant in relationships, often without fully understanding why. Alongside this, there was a deep longing for her parents, a sense of being far from home despite knowing she had chosen her path, and an underlying difficulty in trusting people fully.
She carried both awareness and confusion. On one hand, she could see her patterns clearly. On the other, she could not trace where they truly began.
As the session unfolded, she moved into a lifetime that felt both familiar and distant. It began in a place filled with life and beauty. Lush greenery surrounded her, with mountains and a flowing river shaping the landscape. She experienced herself as light hearted, playful, and deeply connected to her surroundings. There was ease in her being, and a sense of belonging that felt natural and complete.
Her clothing reflected this life. Bright, expressive, and full of character, with small details like straw woven into her hair. There was a sense of freedom in how she lived and expressed herself.
This changed after marriage.
Although she chose her partner, the reality of that decision slowly revealed itself. Her husband lived far away from her family, and the journey to his home took days. In that moment, she realised something that stayed with her for the rest of her life. She would not see her parents again.
What followed was not a dramatic shift, but a gradual emotional withdrawal. The vibrant surroundings gave way to a dry, barren landscape. Her clothing changed too, becoming muted and conservative, mirroring the internal shift within her. The joy she once carried began to fade, replaced by quiet resentment.
Her husband longed for her love, but she could not offer it. Not because she was incapable, but because something within her had closed. The distance from her parents had created a wound that she could not fully process, and instead of expressing it, she withdrew.
She became a mother to four children, and this part of her life carried a very different emotional tone. There was deep love and connection with her children, something that felt both natural and surprisingly intense. During the session, the client became visibly emotional while speaking about this bond. It was a connection she had not yet experienced in her current life, and yet it felt profoundly real.
At one point, she described leaving her husband’s home during a storm. What followed was a life built on her own terms, where she found independence, created jewellery, and became financially stable. There was strength in this phase of her life, a reclaiming of self, yet the earlier emotional imprint remained unresolved.
Towards the end of that lifetime, a sense of betrayal surfaced again. She spoke of being poisoned by her daughters in law. As she began to describe this moment, her body responded immediately. There was visible discomfort, a physical reaction that made it difficult for her to stay in that memory. She began to feel unwell, and it became important to gently move her away from that point.
Even without going deeply into the moment of death, the emotional imprint was clear. Betrayal, loss of trust, and a deep sense of being let down by those around her.
As the session moved into reflection, the connections began to emerge naturally.
Her tendency to go cold in relationships was no longer random. It was a protective response, rooted in a lifetime where emotional pain remained unexpressed. Trust had been broken more than once, and the safest response had been to withdraw rather than risk being hurt again.
Her experience of moving away from home at a young age in this lifetime mirrored that earlier life almost exactly. The difference now was awareness. In this life, she had chosen to leave, and she had the freedom to return. Yet the emotional residue of that earlier separation still lived within her.
There was also a deeper layer connected to the body. In her current life, she had experienced episodes where stress affected her digestion and made her physically unwell. This connected strongly to the way that lifetime ended, where something she consumed led to her death. The body, once again, seemed to be holding a memory the mind could not fully access.
A recurring image of a tall tree also stood out during the session. It appeared as a place she returned to often. Symbolically, it reflected roots, belonging, and a resistance to being pulled away from where she felt most connected. It also pointed towards one of her core emotional challenges. Learning to stay open, even when distance and change feel uncomfortable.
One of the most powerful aspects of this session was how naturally the answers unfolded. The client had arrived with multiple questions, and yet the experience revealed that they were all connected. The higher awareness guiding the session brought forward exactly what was needed, without force or over analysis.
Past life regression, in this case, offered clarity rather than overwhelm. It allowed the client to see her patterns with compassion instead of judgement. What once felt like flaws began to make sense as protective responses shaped by past experiences.
Healing, here, did not come from changing who she was. It came from understanding why she had become that way.
And in that understanding, something softened.
Trust may not return all at once. Emotional openness may still take time. But the beginning has been made. The past has been acknowledged, and the weight it carried has begun to lift.
